I’m passionate about creating safe spaces for people struggling to cope with or understand important aspects of their life - how they feel about themselves, how they feel about others and how they view the world. As an affirming therapist, I work with many individuals and groups that do not feel comfortable in traditional therapy environments. My style is to take a curious, integrative and intersectional approach honoring each person’s unique history and experience. While therapy can be an illuminating, rewarding and powerful adventure, it can also be fun.
